All my recipes are vegan. I like using healthy sweeteners and minimal expeller pressed oils. Many of the recipes are gluten free.
Baking is a science, but I like experimenting the best ;) My favorite thing is taking an idea, throwing ingredients in a bowl and seeing what happens! Feel free to change things up in any of the recipes, and don't feel shy about reporting back if success occurs!
